Garage door repair in Calistoga

Calistoga is at the top of the valley, about 32 minutes from our Napa office with clear roads, and longer when 29 is busy. Owners and landlords book Orsini the same way, with spring replacement from $245. Half of Calistoga's homes were built in 1980 or earlier, and about half are rented rather than owner-occupied.

Getting up the valley

We come up Highway 29 through St. Helena, or along the Silverado Trail on the east side of the valley.

Either way it's about 32 minutes from our office with clear roads, and longer when 29 is busy.

Calistoga questions

Do you charge more for the drive to Calistoga?

No. Calistoga gets the same prices as Napa: the $59 service call, waived when you go ahead with the repair, and the same starting price for every repair.

I manage a rental in Calistoga. Can the tenant meet you?

Yes. Book the visit with your own details and put the tenant's name and number in the notes. The window gets confirmed by phone before anyone comes out, and the price goes to whoever approves the work.

Does an older home need a different spring?

Springs are sized to the door's weight, not the age of the house. A heavy wood or carriage-style door needs a stronger spring than a plain steel one, which can raise the spring price.
